Information clause:

1. The controller of your personal data is CELL-FAST sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Stalowa Wola (the “Controller”). In matters concerning the protection of personal data you may contact the Controller at the e-mail address rodo@cellfast.com.pl, or in writing at the address of its registered office, ul. Grabskiego 3, 37-450 Stalowa Wola.
2. Your personal data will be processed in order to handle the request or to answer the question submitted via the contact form – the legal basis for the processing will be the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); the Controller’s legitimate interest consists in enabling requests to be handled and questions asked to be answered. Personal data may also be processed in connection with an interest in the Controller’s services/products/activities – the processing of the data by the Controller is in this case necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and also takes place on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in supporting the conduct of its business. The processing of the data may also be necessary for the performance of a contract binding the Controller with the entity you represent – in such case the legal basis for the processing will be the Controller’s legitimate interest consisting in ensuring reliable identification of the business partner and of the person representing it, as well as in enabling the conclusion and efficient day-to-day performance of the contract concluded (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Personal data may also be processed by the Controller for the purpose of establishing and pursuing any claims or defending against them – the legal basis for the processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in the protection of its rights.
4. Your personal data may be transferred to suppliers of IT systems and IT services acting on the Controller’s instructions; at the same time, personal data may be made available to subcontractors in order to enable requests to be handled and questions to be answered, if the content of the enquiry concerns the performance of a contract or an order for services.
5. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the Controller to handle the request or to provide an answer.
6. You have the right: of access to the data and to request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of the data, i.e. to receive the personal data provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to request that such personal data be sent to another controller of personal data, without hindrance from the Controller and subject to the Controller’s own confidentiality obligations, if the processing takes place on the basis of consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or on the basis of a contract within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
7. Irrespective of the above, since the basis for the processing of personal data is the premise of the controller’s legitimate interest, the Controller informs you of the right to object to the processing of personal data.
8. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data.
9. The Controller does not take automated decisions on the basis of personal data, including it does not carry out profiling.
10. Providing the data is necessary for the Controller to handle the request or to answer the question. The consequence of failing to provide the personal data will be the impossibility of handling the request or of answering the question you have sent, or the impossibility of concluding a contract.
